Paroon Chadha Entrepreneur, Investor, & Experienced Board Leader

Paroon Chadha is a multi-exit entrepreneur and experienced board leader with 24 years of experience building, scaling and exiting high-growth companies. His expertise spans corporate governance, AI strategy, capital formation and M&A, particularly across PE- and VC-backed organisations.

He played a key role in scaling OnBoard from a bootstrapped, founder-led company into an institutionally backed governance SaaS business, including $115 million in combined capital raises, two acquisitions and a strategic divestiture. He continues to serve as its Executive Board Chair.

His current board portfolio includes OnBoard, FINO Tequila, Qooper.io and TrashLab, along with extensive nonprofit and institutional board experience, including the IU Simon Cancer Center.

He has previously served on the boards of PeaceTech Lab, Techpoint, United Way of Greater Lafayette and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lafayette.

Paroon holds an MBA in Management from Purdue University and a BE from Punjab Engineering College. He is also a member of YPO and has served as a guest lecturer in entrepreneurship at Purdue University.
